Whatever your style is & whatever you feel happiest with on your feet - don't be afraid of the point!!!

One of the biggest mistakes shorter people make (that i literally see every single day) is wearing round toed shoes....especially with flared jeans. It's a no - no - no!!! 

There's a serious trick of the eye that by wearing pointer shoes, it elongates the leg (especially heels) and draws your eyes up and out making you appear longer & leaner, as opposed to stopping short at your feet and your round toed shoes. 

Trust me - I'm not saying that every pair of your flats and boots have to be "pointy" - it's just something to keep in mind when shoe shopping. Try on multiple pairs of shoes with different toe styles to see and feel the difference !

It's THURSDAY which means tomorrow is FRI and we are going home to Mystic CT for the weekend, YAY! Nowhere feels as home as HOME does! :-) We're off to celebrate Chris' sisters sweet 16th birthday (a tad late) but still! A masquerade ball at an old haunted bank in Rhode Island - going to be sweet indeed! <3

We're very psyched to be home for the weekend back in our little cottage and do some Fall activities! Hopefully pumpkin picking and apple picking etc, yay for more Fall leaves!

These Rachel Roy booties will be on my little feeties this Fall. :-) I 'm pretty psyched.

As you can all tell, I have been on a shoe rampage..mostly because it's my Bday/Fall coming up and clearly all i want is shoes haha. You can never have to many pairs of shoes! They are all so different, and make you feel totally different when wearing each pair! It's pretty incredible. 

What is your favorite Fall accessory?

I've been asked many times if i am more of a "clothing shopper" a "shoe collector" a "jewelry lover" a "purse hoarder" etc! I think i have more clothing and shoes than jewelry, to answer your questions! 

I love accessories, because they make an outfit. A bright pair of shoes or bag bring an outfit to life, but a bold printed top and fitted skinnies just make ya feel good!

I'd like to consider myself a "well rounded" shopper and lover of all. :-)
