With Christmas around the corner, i've been prowling around stores (online and in real life) for Xmas gifts of all sorts! The more I prowl for others, the more I want to win the lottery and go shopping.

Sorry for the serious lack of posts these past couple of weeks, it's been rough! I've been uber sick (yes, still sick!) and trying my hardest to recover by laying low and taking it easy. Trust me, it's NO FUN! 

As much as i love HGTV, 3 weeks in a row of watching TV for what feels like eternity, I've been close to losing my marbles!...

But FINALLY, after weeks of not feeling like myself and lounging in my sweats, I feel like a human being again. WAHOO! :-) I'm very grateful for the days that I feel healthy and well.

This past Thursday Chris and I returned to Mystic CT and visited our parents, ran some errands etc and spent the weekend catching up on things and having visitors from CT at our Boston pad!

Unfortunately, my good friend Alyssa's father passed away suddenly a week ago, so we all drove up on Saturday (yesterday) to Maine for his service.

It was horribly sad but selfishly for all of us, very nice to be together and see each other! <3

Hi guys! Today is Tuesday June 12th, It's been a super busy week so far! I was really sick for about 4 days rotting in bed which was no fun :-( Just to update you on what's been going on these days besides being sick:

1. In recovery mode, I went to the beach with my parents last Friday. Yoinked my boo's Shwood sunnies I got him for his Bday! Lurrrveee <3

2-5. Friday night Chris and I went to Mohegan Sun Casino and met up with a few of my girlies from High School and their boo's for my gal Kaci's 26th Bday dinner! We ate at Sol Toro, one of my fave Mexican places.

6. Cashew was very protective and serious while waiting in the drive-thru at Starby's while I got my soy vanilla latte. Nommm.

7. On Saturday I drove 1.5 hours to visit my girlfriend Emily for the night! <3
