A new season is the perfect time to add to your hat collection! Here in New England, we spend half (or most) of the year in beanies and wearing practical hats to actually keep us warm, since its so chilly here for so many months - Spring & Summer is finally the time to be able to wear whatever you want and enjoy lighter, more fun hats, that can still be practical for shading you from the sun, but ultimately for the accessory factor!
Depending on what we're doing (usually on weekends) totally depends on what hat I feel like wearing or bringing with me for that particular adventure. Weather is definitely a huge contributor to my hat making decisions as well as laziness with hair do'ing...

I feel there is no wrong time to wear a hat -there really is a hat for every occasion! Unless i'm going to a fancy event, wedding, or party of sorts - hat's are generally one of my favorite accessories for every day wear. For the majority of the Summer when i'm not working, you can usually find me by the pool, at the beach, on the boat or in our canoe - all perfect occasions to wear a good hat!
