Since my husband and I have been house hunting (for years) and are finally just hairs away from purchasing our first home, I have been gathering and saving more interior design inspo. than ever!
Once you can picture yourself, your future and growing family in a house it just becomes a done deal - and then you can start planning & designing your little heart out.
Since we now know what the home looks like that we will be living in for years to come - we can start to really develop and grow in to our design style as adults collectively.
We joke and discuss what we would consider "our style" and we came up with a blend of modern, bohemian, rustic & nautical!... So there ya go! haha
I pulled some of my favorite interior shots i've been collecting for ages to give you a peeeeeek inside my brain when it comes to what we have in mind for our new housey (whether it's this house we're currently obsessed with orrrr another home if it's not meant to be!)
