Not gunna lie..I kind of wish I had an afro after that night.

It was also fun getting to say:
"I'M FOXXY CLEOPATRA, AND I'M A WHOLE LOTTA WOMAN!" all night...

Whatta Weekend!

H&M turquoise earrings

Tiffany's engraved initials SMR heart necklace & a buddha I got in Taiwan for some extra good luck!

Embracing my strawberry blonde roots...until further notice.

Sam Edelman Booties...yes i wear these A LOT! I think it's time i get them in a few other colors. They are my favorite go to shoes these days.

Snake ring (gift from Chris!) and my vintage diamond band (from my Mom!) that I pretty much wear every day! The gold peace sign ring is from a vintage sale I found in Brooklyn a few years ago. I like to change up the ring I wear on top of my diamond band, but this is usually my staple right hand ring jewels!

Dave & Cashew getting cozy at work a day before the storm!

OOTD: Alice Ritter Piplette UO coral maxi-dress, Cynthia Rowly embellished faux fur vest, Sam Edelman booties

Lunch in Allston, MA.

Drinks at 2pm on a Friday. Sounds good to us!!

I have a lazy eye. but not really.

Sharing the fur.

Champagne cheers to life and great friends! <3

The calm before the storm!

As you all know, today (Tuesday) is the day after Hurricane Sandy. We got super lucky here in Boston with being able to keep our power, but our home town of Mystic, CT isn't doing so well! There are tons of tree's down, ripped from the ground with roots and all that crushed cars, houses, took off roofs, and a severe amount of flooding all over the place! NOT GOOD.

This past weekend was great though! We had an awesome time with friends catching up and reuniting; we also celebrated Halloween a bit early which was hysterical and so much fun.

DVF love.

How amazing are all of these DVF pieces?! Lusting so hard right now... eeee!
What i love most about all of DVF's collections are they are fancy without being over the top, and classic but with enough funk for night time and going out, as well as wearable for a work day. All stunning silhouettes, patterns and materials for all seasons and staple closet pieces all girls should have and be able to keep for 20 years!

Kelly Wearstler

If you don't know who this stunning lady is, read her bio. haha Kelly Wearstler is one of the most creative and well known interior designers, well designer all around for that matter and is very well known and recognized for her talent and work. She has put together some of the most well known hotels and luxury retailers in the world. Her home is absolutely stunning and so is everything she comes in contact with! Her blog "my vibe my life" is a peek in to her life of basically just total design eye candy. On top of her super busy life, she is a wife and a mom  of 2 young sons (2 of the best parts of life!)
Needless to say, she is amazing all around - so you should check out her blog and her website; it will blow your mind.

Our creations!

Sunday recap of the last few days:
Today is SOWA - as usual for Sundays for us!! It's the 2nd to last SOWA weekend so if you have yet to come down and visit the market outdoors, COME today or NEXT SUNDAY before it's too late!!
The past few days have been a good mix of busy bee and laying low. Between birthday parties, printing up some new stuff for my new MAYA LUNE line and carving pumpkins - Chris and I could use a day to recover!
Mondays are always a bit funky for us because we work on Sundays so having Mondays off would be lovely! ...hopefully soon! :-) hah
As you can see, Cashew is a baby Dinosaur for Halloween this year!! Def a bit scarier than the squirrel he was last year...both equally hilarious.
