For Chris' Bday celebration the other day, I opted for a turban headband to go with my outfit mostly because I was waiting to wash it that day until yesterday when I got a haircut and root touch up! (yay blonder locksss!)

We had another lovely family dinner with everyone and indulged as per usual these days, haha.

 Nom Nom Nommmm.

Last night I made Chris a romantic dindin of one of our favorites: mussels with goat cheese sliders, followed by an H&M shopping trip late night where I picked up some new goodies! 

-PS.We both got sauce on our shirts which i'm still working on removing the red stains off of :-/ rawr.

Today is Friday, (YAY!) so I am off to run errands, prepare for the weekend ahead & have lunch at my parents house which is conveniently located about 5 minutes down the road..

I can't say i'm complaining ! :-)

Tomorrow we will be going to a good friend of mine that I grew up withs' wedding reception which will be a great reunion of sorts! I'll be sure to snap a bunch of pics.

I just love the mix of other patterns with polka dots! It's probably my favorite mix & match combo that always looks great. I wear a lot of stripes AND polka dots in all forms, as you can tell. But I also love floral patterns withs stripes as well for another fashion forward combo.

-PS. If you're wondering what a "shorts/dress" is... the best way to explain it is a pair or little shorts attached to a sheer long skirt. haha
