Hello! Today is Thursday 4/5/12, aka day 2 for me being sick feeling like death in bed... :-( NO FUN. Usually my sick days consist of watching marathons of The Biggest Loser and some chick flicks while downing green tea, water, popcorn and string cheese as per usual. I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to finally put up all my "Must Haves"! It's a long list, and believe it or not I narrowed things down to the 60 things that i use, wear, see, love and what makes me up on a daily basis! Kinda like a "Steff in a nutshell" type deal! :-) So here we go!
1. Almay raisin colored liquid eyeliner is usually the only eye lines i use for my top lids. It's perfect for day time and night time so it's easy and ready to go! *Raisin colored eyeliner brings out green eyes!*
2. Blonde hair tie's for my blond locks. A lot less harsh on your hair with no metal and no snags!
3. Rich Raisin eye liner for bottom lids. This is the eye liner i use basically every day! I sometimes use black or brown but 99% of the time i stick to my trusty raisin colored! (*again, to bring out green eyes!)
4. Burts Bees products are some of my favorite products of all time! I've used just about every face wash you can imagine, but this is definitely one of my top favorites that i would recommend to anyone who needs a face wash change.
5. NARS!...I love me some NARS from Sephora! What girls doesn't love going in to Sephora? It's basically impossible to go in there and leave without spending $100 on makeup etc. NARS is one of my favorite makeup brands because they have everything you need and it's good quality makeup without being absurdly expensive. Their eye shadows are awesome and their lipstick stays on like a champ.
6. Bag Balm. If you've never heard of it or tried it, it's basically a different version of vaseline for your lips! It has other uses such as it's supposed to be made for cow utters or something but why would they sell it next to the burts bee's products at CVS & Target?... haha It's pretty much fragrance free like vaseline but it's a bit less shiny and more waxy. I have the huge tub and the teeny tin of it, and keep it next to my bed at all times!
7. Bronzer! This is one of my personal favorite types of makeup ever made. You can transform your pale and lifeless skin to pure radiance! I don't wear a lot of make up, but bronzer (whether from Sephora or Target) is an important daily makeup must wear!
8. Dumb Blonde Bed Head shampoo and conditioner. It smells great, is meant for blonde hair, and can be bought at BJ's in the huge bottles. Enough said. :-)
9. Dior Show mascara. This mascara is great for every day daily wear. It's not clumpy or heavy, but gives your eyelashes a little oomphh and darker color, which i need help with because my eyelashes are blonde! (so are my eyebrows, it's very annoying!) haha
10. Bare Minerals lip plumping lipgloss! It's tingle'y and smells good and gives you a little extra pout and shine in all the right ways. I usually don't wear lip gloss because i spend a lot of time with my boyfriend Chris, and when i wear lip gloss and kiss him, it usually ends up getting somewhere back on my face/forehead/hair. lol
11. Tinted Burts Bee's. Quick & easy daily wear without being sticky. Yum!
12. Clean & Clear oil sheets. I always carry these in my purse in my little makeup bag. They are great to use mid-day when you feel like washing your face and redoing your makeup but you cant. They don't mess up or smear whatever makeup you do have on, and remove any dirt and oil that is making you feel icky!
13. Sonia Kashuk tinted moisturizer is my favorite moisturizer ever! I've been using it for years because it has a little tint to it, almost making it feel like you've put moisturizer on and a little coverup on at the same time, it's great! Sometimes i mix a little bit of this with a plain non-tinted moisturizer in the winter when my skin is a bit more fair.
14. Sonia Kashuk blush. *all Sonia Kashuk products can be purchased at Target!* SO easy to get your hands on because all of her products are sold at Target which is amazing! It's good quality and very affordable. Her blush comes in so many shades, i like to switch it up from time to time between a peachy and a pink.
15. A Straw fedora. My favorite Summertime hat! I almost always wear a straw fedora daily in the Summertime, especially to the beach! My blonde scalp is sensitive, no one likes a sun burnt head! :-( Ouch! They are stylish and practical, what get's better than that?!
16. YES to Cucumber facewipes! These are my go to every morning and night face wipes. They smell so good and take off all the makeup and dirt from your day without having to even wash your face before bed. This brand can be found just about anywhere like CVS and Target as well. They have carrot, cucumber, tomato and few more that all work super well and are meant for different things.
17. OPI nail polish is my favorite brand of polish out there! They have the best choice of colors with creative names. I quite a collection of nail polish, most of them are OPI for sure!
18. SUSHI! My all time favorite food. I could eat sushi every single day and I would be a very happy kid! haha Nommm.. so good.
19. 1 A Day Women's Vitamins!.. very important when you are a lady!
20. I carry flossers with me at all times. Haha You never know when you're going to need to pick your teeth and i have really small little teeth so the kids flossers work best for me. lol
21. Diamond stud earrings are my every day earring wear. I RARELY change my earrings, i'm more of a bracelet, necklace and ring person. ;-)
22. You are never too old for Friendship bracelets! I am usually wearing a few in the mix of my arm swag on my right arm until it gets old and falls off.
23. My awesome snake ring is always worn on my left middle finger. Chris gave it to me for Xmas and I absolutely love it and it reminds me of him every time i look down and see it. It's the best!
24. D&G make my 2 favorite watches that I own! I have 4 watches that i rotate and 2 of them are D&G. Lovee!
25. My Tiffany's ball bracelet is almost always found on my right arm amongst other bracelets. I've had it since i was in High School and rarely take it off.
26. Hamsa evil eye bracelet. I have a few different versions of this bracelet which always remind me of being kept safe and also add's pazzaz to my arm swag :-)
27. My eldest Tiffany's bracelet! I have had the Tiffany's heart bracelet since i was 13. Thats 12 years! Dang. I have had the clasp replaced but it's still hanging in there quite well and i'm sure i'll wear it until it completely dies one day! haha
28. Gucci horse-bit purse. This bag is HUGE. It is one of my favorite bags that I have because it can simply fit everything, almost a small child inside of it. It's great for an over night trip, the gym, shopping, & just about anything else you need!
29. My Louis Vuitton over night bag is the perfect size for weekend get-aways! It was a surprise Xmas gift from my dad a few years ago, and you bet i cried with joy when I opened it! haha Every time i use it it reminds me of my Dad <3
30. Victorias Secret sweats! These sweats make up an entire section in my closet haha They come in every shape, size, color etc..bedazzled or not, Vickie's Secret has by far the best sweats for lounging around, yoga, the gym, sleeping, & just about every day's use at some point in the day.
31. TOMS shoes are awesome. They are are so comfortable and now come in so many different styles you wouldn't believe it! I used to be a Rep for Toms a few years ago which lead me to start an absurd TOMS shoes collection! They are for a great cause, buy 1 pair give one to a child who needs some. Now, TOMS even has Sunglasses and some clothing! Go to TOMS.com and get some of your own.
32. These flip flips are my new favorite purchase! They are iPanema's and can be bought online and in a ton of stores. They are similar to Haviana's and don't give you blisters! (which is usually a problem for me when it comes to flip flops!)
33. Minnetonka moccasins in all shapes and sizes are some of my favorite shoes that i own. I have about 4 pairs in brown & black, knee high boots to ankle booties. (and slippers!) Minnetonka make awesome, comfortable & stylish shoes.
34. Frye Harness Boots are my favorite boots that i have! They are awesome for all seasons and can be worn with dresses or jeans & they only get better and more comfy with age.
35. Cutoff shorts of any length and color are my go-to shorts all year long! You can wear them in the winter with tights and boots, and in the Summer with flip-flops! I like them a little oversized, slouchy & distressed.
36. Kimono jackets of any sort are one of my staple closet items! I began collecting real kimonos when i was younger after i saw my Mom's wedding pictures. She wore a red kimono dress for her reception and it was so stunning, that's when i feel in love! Now i have kimono's of all sorts. Thick, think, see thru, long, short..you name it, i have it & love it! :-)
37. Bell-bottoms will never go out of style in my eyes! I have about 30 pairs or so that I will always love and wear! Some date back to Abercrombie from the 10th grade in High School!..Crazy, i know.
38. Black skinny jeans are something that i almost wear on a daily basis. They are SO comfy, chic, go with everything and can be worn any season! My favorite black skinnies are from BDG @ Urban Outfitters.
39. Camo NYYankees hat. A baseball hat that you love is a must, even for girls! They're perfect for days you feel lazy and want to lounge around in yoga pants and a sweatshirt and not bother with your hair!
40. Lace spandex are one of my favorite Summer shorts! I love wearing over-sized tanks and tee's, and sometimes spandex are just needed but these lace ones look super cute peeking out from under your oversized shirts!
41. LV wallet/passport holder. My mom gave me this before i moved to France a few years ago to keep all of my passports and traveling info together. It is good quality and i'll most likely have it until it completely falls apart in the far future. LV is timeless!
42. My Tory Burch wallet is my current favorite wallet that I use every day! It is silver and a little distressed but still shnazzy at the same time. It is the perfect size for everything you need to fit inside a wallet.
43. Hunter wellies are so great because they are completely waterproof, come in SO many colors and styles, are not too heavy and are tall enough so the rain doesn't sneak in!
44. American Apparel Tee's are the best and softest T-shirts. I would say that I have wayyyy to many of them, but who can have too many T-shirts, right?!
45. I'm blind. So when i'm not wearing contacts I always wear my Ray Ban glasses! Mine are dark brown tortoise.
46. Just like my glasses, one of my favorite pairs of sunnies that I own are my Ray Bans, wayfarers are timeless and always look good! Chris and I share sunnies that are wayfarer style because they are totally unisex.
47. Hanky Panky's! So comfy and always cute. Every gal needs a bunch of Hanky Panky's!
48. Maxi dresses are my favorite warm-weather outfit of all time. Super flowy and comfortable and always stylish for day time and night! Some of my favorite maxi-dresses are from UO & Zara!
49. My UO strawberry knit hat! I love this hat because it reminds me of being a kid :-) haha I always get a lot of compliments on it and usually people ask me if I made it myself, I always say "i wish!" haha But i can't sew! lol
50. MY COMPUTER. None of anything that i do on a daily basis would be possible without my Macbook pro. <3 <3 <3 I owe it a lot for being good and faithful! haha
51. Smart H20 ! It is my favorite water. I know people say, "water is water" but once you find a bottle and specific kind of water that you like more than others, it's easy to say "oh yeah, Smartwater is my favorite water!" :-)
52. Jalapeno string cheese is my FAVORITE snack everrrr. I could eat the whole pack every day haha I'm pretty sure Chris and I keep Polly-O in business. Yummm.. <3
53. My Ipad 2 is like my 2nd laptop. I travel a lot so it's great when moving around when you don't want to bring your whole laptop with you!
54. Starby's!!! I loveee Starbucks. I really don't want to know how much money i've spent in my life on buying coffee. We recently got a Keurig for Xmas which has certainly cut down the Starby's trips, but there will always be a special place in my heart for Starbys, Keurig or not!
55. The ocean & sunshine are what fuel me on a daily basis. I like to say, "i'm a weather person", because when it's crummy out, i want to clam up and watch a movie and stay indoors. I NEED SUN! And to live near the ocean, or i feel claustrophobic, can't help it!
56. Anchor's anything and everything!
57. My weakness: Blow Pops! nommm..<3
58. My iphone!= my life, music, business, friends, etc! Communication is important, why not have a phone that does it all?
59. Green tea is my drink of choice. Iced and hot, it is by far my favorite drink! Even more than water.
60. MY FAMILY! My little, amazing, perfect family of Chris, Cashew & I. I love them with all my heart. <3
