Hi-eee!! Today is Monday, back to reality after an AMAZING weekend w/ Chris in Chicago, IL visiting my best/most amazing friend Alyssa and her boo Johnny! They truly are 2 of my favorite people on earth, I miss them terribly at all times but it's always a great little weekend getaway trip to visit them. :-)
We arrived in Chi-town on Friday night and went out to sushi dindin & then to a bar to meet up with friends! Nomm <3 Saturday was International Tom Hanks Day! If you've never heard of it, it's basically a day dedicated to Tom Hanks and everyone that loves him all go to a bar in Chicago to drink and be festive all day! It's rad. I mean, who doesn't love Tom Hanks right?!..
These random guys started it about 9 years ago i believe, and every year have consistently celebrated International Tom Hanks Day. It was my 2nd year going, Chris' 1st! I think it's a fabulous tradition we must celebrate every year if possible. :-) Hope you all had a lovely weekend: Here's what mine was like thru pictures, as per usual:
