Mother's Day!

ALAS ! It's finally pretty much Summer'y weather! Well, at least REAL Spring weather! Just in time for Mother's Day! <3

I've been out of commission (sick as a dawgggg) since last Wednesday ... damn Epstein Barr! And finally peeled myself off the couch Sunday morning when the sun was shining to do some Mother's Day activities with our Mama's. We went to brunch with Chris' Mom & brother Jimmy at Water Street Cafe in the Stonington, Borough - then we brought my parents out on the Fiftal Whaler for an ocean stroll thru downtown Mystic, got some ice cream (2 days in a row...nom nom!) and ended the night with a big family gathering to celebrate both Mom's being awesome and Sister Avery turning 18 on May 9th ! Our family gatherings are always a ton of fun. No shoes required, and late night campfires a must!

As far as my outfit goes, I got this awesome 2 piece matchings separates at Target the other day and had to have it! Anything daisy printed and/or polka dot, is just screaming my name! 

Just like everyone else who steps foot in Target; you go in needing one thing, and leave with 10 other things, and usually forget to get what you actually went there for. Luckily I got everything I needed and then-some! Target always has the cutest clothes that you never expect to find when you walk in. 

...I just might have to go back and get the other patterns of this style that they have!... loveeee.
