This past weekend Chis & I took my parents to Block Island for the weekend - it was a crappy/rainy Friday so we decided to just go from Saturday-Sunday, which turned out to be the most beautiful and stunning beach weather for our trip!
I grew up going to Block Island basically my whole life ever Summer & have so many amazing memories there with my family. It was so amazing to show Chris around to my favorite spots and indulge in all that Block has to offer! We ate at some of my very favorite sea food restaurants and marinated on the beach at Ballards Inn - it was amazing! My parents had a great time and we even got a wee bit of color :-)
We stayed at The New Shoreham House Inn, which was recently re-done a bit and looks so much better than it used to when I went there in college!! hah.
Lucky us ! We are actually going back for a whole weekend with our friends Jen & Steve in July which will be a totally different type of trip at a different hotel, but we are super duper excited and can't wait to be back!

Chris and I are busy busy at the shop this week and are finalizing party plans for our Mystic, CT wedding reception on June 29th! Lots of work to be done - eeeek!
