This past weekend was super fun and relaxing ! Chris, Cashew, I & a bunch of our good friends went up to our VT house in Ludlow! (okemo mountain!) We spend most of the time napping by the fire, playing board games, drawing weird pictures, & looking at photo's of other peoples babies...but we did go sledding and a Chris went snowboarding with some friends! I love snowboarding, I am just paranoid I'll break something before our wedding haha... so i'm holding out on super outdoor activities until March. :-)
Did I mention Chris & I got our marriage license last week?! YAY US!!! <3
Random side note on wedding stuff: ~ We are actually getting legally married in the U.S. on Valentines Day before our actual wedding in Mexico ! Why you ask? .. because we looked in to getting married in Mexico and it was super annoying and we had to pay a whopping $2,000 extra for a judge to do all these shenanigans and we would have to get blood-work etc... UM, no thanks!
SO, we decided to do it in our very own way and basically just do a Justice Of The Peace/paperwork on Valentines Day to have it all taken care of, and then have our wedding & say our vows etc in Mexico on March 7th! (which will be our wedding anniversary!) YAY!
